What's a coverage level?

It's who a plan covers: Employee only, Employee + Spouse, Employee + Child(ren), or Family. Fernway works it out from the people you check under Who's covered, and the price changes with it.

What happens if I don't enroll?

Basic Life stays in place because Juniper Freight pays for it. You won't have medical, dental, vision, spending accounts, supplemental life or accident insurance in 2027.

Can I change my mind after I submit?

Yes, until November 6, 2026. Change anything and submit again. Your latest submission is the one that counts.

When do my elections start?

January 1, 2027. Deductions start with your first paycheck in January.
